"I waited until the smoke started in our area to see if this air purifier really does what it says it can do--and it does. Last year the smoke filtered into our house even with all the doors and windows closed. We have mini-splits for air conditioning so no air was being pumped in from the outside and still the smoke crept into the house. This air purifier completely gets rid of the smoke. Completely! Expensive but exceptional and worth the money."

"I don't have allergies but when I heard about the Aspen, I thought "who wouldn't want better air to breathe in the home?" I set the machine up one evening. The next morning I could tell a drastic difference in air quality. The air felt crisp which is how I describe it to everyone. I never would have believed it. It feels like the type of air you want to breathe deeply in."
Jerry G.
"I have had severe pollen allergies in the Spring for over ten years. I have tried almost everything receiving little to no relief. We are currently in peak season for pollen and the Aspen has far exceeded my expectations! I CAN FINALLY BREATHE COMFORTABLY and RELAX in my home!"

"The Aspen air purifier is amazing. My home is new construction and I've been struggling with allergies from VOCs and construction dust. Aspen has made a huge difference in the quality of air in my house, it smells fresher and I can breathe better."

How does air pollution affect us?
Numerous studies have found clear evidence that long-term exposure to particulates in the air causes serious health problems for people. The World Health Organization reports that in 2012 around 7 million people died - one in eight of total global deaths – as a result of air pollution exposure. The WHO breaks down these air pollution-caused deaths by 5 major diseases.

What's in smoky air that causes disease?
The size of particulates has a direct correlation with how dangerous they are to us. Particulate matter smaller than 2.5 microns (PM2.5) poses the greatest health threat because it can enter deep into our lungs and enter our bloodstream.

"PM2.5 has been widely linked to heart disease. These tiny particles of dust, soot, and smoke accompany emissions from power plants and vehicle exhaust, and lead to an estimated 60,000 premature deaths per year in the United States."

How does PM2.5 cause disease?
"This study found that long-term exposure to particulate matter and nitrogen oxides at levels close to the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) can prematurely age blood vessels and contribute to a more rapid buildup of calcium in the coronary artery. This buildup of calcium can restrict blood flow to the heart and other major blood vessels —increasing the likelihood of cardiovascular events like heart attack and stroke."
